DANCE SCIENCE NET

Dance Science Net is a project dedicated to improving and maintaining the health of dancers, as well as promoting healthy dance practices for all.

‘Mens sana in corpore sano’

Most dance injuries are overuse injuries, and there are far more of them than sports injuries.

We offer professional development training in groups and individually for dancers and teachers, as well as educational initiatives for movement optimisation. These initiatives can help anyone to prevent or recover from injuries, or simply improve their health by moving well.

Upcoming classes and workshops organised through Dance Science Net include:

Corporealities of the Axis Syllabusⓒ in Movement: Masterclass Series, 27–31 May 2026*

*private Axis Syllabus sessions with Baris Michi are also available after the group classes.
